Educational Program Registration Agreement and General Terms

General Terms

F.S. TRADENET CY Ltd

by purchasing an educational program from F.S. TRADENET CY Ltd . (the “company”), you agree the following terms ("Terms"), in addition to the general terms and conditions posted on the Company's main website.

Important Clarification: The Company is a financial markets education platform, providing only educational material included as part of the Program, including, where applicable to the program, a practice demo account, solely for the purpose of further practice of the educational material. THE DEMO ACCOUNT PROVIDES THE STUDENT WITH NOTHING MORE THAN AN OPPORTUNITY TO SIMULATE TRADING IN THE MARKET. HOWEVER, THE TRADING RESULTS ACHIEVED IN THE DEMO ACCOUNT ARE IN NO WAY REPRESENTATIVE OF THE RESULTS THE STUDENT MAY ACHIEVE IN ACTUALL LIVE TRADING.

After purchasing a Program, as more fully described below, the Company may refer you [1] to TEFS Ltd. (“TEFS”) or any other affiliate associated with the provision of the services in your area. The Company does not provide any live trading accounts or sub-accounts, or otherwise provide any trading technology which a Student may use to directly earn from trading in live markets. The Company hereby confirms that it does not receive any monetary compensation for the reference to TEFS.

No security (as defined by U.S. federal securities laws) (“Security”) is being, or will be, offered, to any person, including, but not limited to, a U.S. resident or citizen (a “U.S. person”).

[1] This is not applicable to U.S. persons.

Payments

Each program may consist of Tradenet Tools and Tradenet Courses. Students may also purchase subscriptions to the trading chat room, on a timely basis. The full description of the service or the time period for the subscriptions are detailed in the offer you have marked as a purchase item.

Subscriptions may be purchased by (1) paying a subscription fee in advance on a monthly basis or some other recurring interval disclosed to you prior to your purchase; or (2) via a pre-payment giving you access to some of the Company’s particular services for a specific time period. The Company may change the price for the paid subscriptions, including recurring subscription fees, the pre-paid period (for periods not yet paid), from time to time and will communicate to you in advance any price changes and, if applicable, how to accept those changes. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. Subject to applicable law, you accept the new price by continuing to use the Service after the price change takes effect. If you do not agree with a price change, you have the right to reject the change by unsubscribing from the paid subscription prior to the price change going into effect. Cancellation of a subscription would result in the termination of the subscription at the end of the time period during which the cancelation notice was received by the Company.

Trading Room:

The Trading Room is intended for legitimate comment and constructive discussion. The Company reserves the right to restrict posting or access privileges of any user. Use of the Trading Room is subject to the following terms and conditions in addition to the terms and conditions of these General Terms and any other terms of the platform on which the Trading Room is hosted (i.e., YouTube, Webinato, etc.). By participating in the Trading Room, you agree to abide by such terms and any other rules and regulations provided upon use of the Trading Room. The Company may revoke your Trading Room privileges if you act outside the guidelines set forth in these General Terms or any other rules or regulations governing the use of the Trading Room.

All conversations may be logged and recorded and the Company has controls in place to monitor the use of the Trading Room servers in response to complaints. The Company reserves the right to delete or refuse any posting and/or suspend or terminate any account for any reason at any time without notice.

All users of the Trading Room agree not to post any item or any links to content that could be deemed to be or may amount to an offer or sale of a Security, collusion or activities of a suspicious or criminal nature.

The Company has no obligation to check the accuracy, completeness or truth of any information posted in the Trading Room. A procedure will be provided for notification of objectionable posts and, upon proper notification, the Company will act expeditiously to remove any such material if, in its absolute discretion, it believes it is appropriate to do so.

All users of the Trading Room agree not to post any item or any links to content that the Company may deem:

to be defamatory or discloses information that the user has no legal right to disclose, or is otherwise illegal;
to be (or contains anything which is) racist, vulgar, hateful, obscene, profane, threatening, insulting or offensive;
is intended to impersonate another person or entity;
to contain any form of advertising, promotional materials or any form of commercial activity;
to contain any promotion of any competitor of The Company or its products;
to contain any, or links to any, virus, corrupted files, “Trojan Horses”, key loggers or any other malicious code or material that could cause harm to the computer, data or financial security of any party;
to contain any or links to any intentionally false or misleading statements or any statement seeking to unfairly manipulate a market;
to be an attempt to collect or store data (including posting and/or canvassing email addresses) about other users;
to be misuse of the Trading Room functionality; and

Proprietary information

Company owns all rights to the packages content. The packages are for personal usage only, and one should not employ it for any commercial and/or wholesale need. There is an absolute prohibition to copy, publish, transmit, publish, rewrite, make any derivate or other use of any the packages content without explicit written advance permission from the Company.

The Company reserves for itself the exclusive right to make changes to the packages content at all time, for any reason, without giving any advance notice and without creating any liability on the Company.

WAIVER OF RESPONSIBILITESL; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE COMPANY FURTHER DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES ARE COMPLETELY ERROR FREE, WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, ARE COMPATIBLE WITH ALL EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE CONFIGURATIONS, FREE OF VIRUSES, ERRORS, OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR WILL OTHERWISE MEET THE CLIENTS NEEDS.

COMPANY SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES AND/OR ITS OBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT OR OTHERWISE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES EVEN IF COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO ALL CAUSES OF ACTION IN THE AGGREGATE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, MISREPRESENTATIONS, AND OTHER TORTS.

Neither these Terms nor the Company’s Website constitute an offer or solicitation to buy or sell shares or securities (within the meaning of the Securities Act), nor do they constitute or form part of, nor should they be construed as, any offer for buy, sale or subscription of, or any invitation to offer to purchase or subscribe for, any securities, nor should they nor any part of them form the basis of, or be relied on in any connection with, any contract or commitment whatsoever. The Student acknowledges that the purpose of the information provided by the Company including but not limited to the trading room, email and / or otherwise (the “Information”), is for educational and training purposes only. The Student acknowledges that he/she is aware that the Information does not constitute any investment advice nor recommendation nor is a substitute for investment advice, taking into account the special needs of each person. The Student acknowledges that it the instructors of the Company are not licensed to provide investment advice nor portfolio management. The Student waives any claim against the Company, its officers, instructors or owners, for any act and/or omission made by the Student and/or for any loss damage or expense, of any kind whatsoever that might cause direct or indirect damage to the Student. The Company expressly disclaims any and all responsibility for any direct or consequential loss or damage of any kind whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from: (i) reliance on any Information, (ii) any error, omission or inaccuracy in any such Information or (iii) any action resulting therefrom.

Notification of Changes:

The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. the Company reserves the right to change the content of the Packages, courses, learning methods and the duration of or access to the courses and any other services or courses provided by the Company at its sole discretion.
