General Terms

F.S. TRADENET CY Ltd. (the “Company”) reserves the right to change the content of the services, courses, learning methods and the duration of or access to the courses and any other services or courses provided by the Company (each, a “Service”) at its sole discretion.

By visiting the Company’s website, https://www.tradenet.com (the “Website”) and/or by registering and/or using any Service, you agree to be, and are, bound by the Company’s rules and regulations at all times, including these General Terms (the “General Terms”).

Important Clarification:

The Company is a financial markets education platform, providing only educational material included as part of the Services, and a practice demo account solely for the purpose of further the education provided to Students (as defined below) in the Services.

THE DEMO ACCOUNT PROVIDES THE STUDENT WITH NOTHING MORE THAN AN OPPORTUNITY TO SIMULATE TRADING IN THE LIVE MARKET. HOWEVER, THE TRADING RESULTS ACHIEVED IN THE DEMO ACCOUNT ARE IN NO WAY REPRESENTATIVE OF THE RESULTS THE STUDENT MAY ACHIEVE WHILE ACTUALLY TRADING LIVE.

After purchasing a Service, as more fully described below, the Company may refer you[1] to TEFS Ltd. (“TEFS”). The Company does not provide any live trading accounts or sub-accounts, or otherwise provide any trading technology which a Student may use to directly earn from trading in live markets. The Company hereby confirms that it does not receive any monetary compensation for the reference to TEFS.

The Company wishes to clarify, for the avoidance of doubt, that no security (as defined by U.S. federal securities laws) (“Security”) is being, or will be, offered, to any person, including, but not limited to, a U.S. resident or citizen (a “U.S. person”).

[1] This is not applicable to U.S. persons.

Program:

Each accepted student (each, a “Student”) will be entitled to the services mentioned in these General Terms. All Services are provided as described, and as updated from time to time, on the Company’s Website.

Money-Back Guarantee:

Within the first 14 days of completing a payment (as more further described below), the Student may cancel his/her participation in the Service and receive a full refund (the “Money-Back Guarantee Period”).

Additional Notes:

These General Terms may vary at the Company’s sole discretion. Any violation of these General Terms, may result in receipt of a warning from the Company and/or a temporary or a permanent removal from the Service.

The Student acknowledges that they are aware that the Information does not constitute any investment advice nor recommendation nor is a substitute for investment advice, taking into account the special needs of each person. The Student acknowledges that it was brought to their knowledge that the instructors of the Services and/or the Company are not licensed to provide investment advice nor portfolio management. The Student waives any claim against the Company, instructors or its owners for any act and/or omission made by the Student and/or for any loss damage or expense, of any kind whatsoever that might cause direct or indirect damage to the Student. The Student also waives any claim that any aspect of the Company or the program constitutes a Security. The Company expressly disclaims any and all responsibility for any direct or consequential loss or damage of any kind whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from: (i) reliance on any Information contained in the Company’s Website or these General Terms, (ii) any error, omission or inaccuracy in any such information or (iii) any action resulting therefrom.

Trading Room:

The Trading Room is intended for legitimate comment and constructive discussion. The Company reserves the right to restrict posting privileges of any user. Use of the Trading Room is subject to the following terms and conditions in addition to the terms and conditions of these General Terms and any other terms of the platform on which the Trading Room is hosted (i.e., YouTube, Webinato, etc.). By using (reading and/or posting in) the Trading Room, you agree to abide by such terms and any other rules and regulations provided upon use of the Trading Room. The Company may revoke your Trading Room privileges if you act outside the guidelines set forth in these General Terms or any other rules or regulations governing the use of the Trading Room.

All conversations may be logged and recorded and the Company has controls in place to monitor the use of the Trading Room servers in response to complaints. The Company reserves the right to delete or refuse any posting and/or suspend or terminate any account for any reason at any time without notice.

All users of the Trading Room agree not to post any item or any links to content that could be deemed to be or may amount to an offer or sale of a Security, collusion or activities of a suspicious or criminal nature.

The Company has no obligation to check the accuracy, completeness or truth of any information posted in the Trading Room. A procedure will be provided for notification of objectionable posts and, upon proper notification, the Company will act expeditiously to remove any such material if, in its absolute discretion, it believes it is appropriate to do so.

All users of the Trading Room agree not to post any item or any links to content that the Company may deem:

to be defamatory or discloses information that the user has no legal right to disclose, or is otherwise illegal;
to be (or contains anything which is) racist, vulgar, hateful, obscene, profane, threatening, insulting or offensive;
is intended to impersonate another person or entity;
to contain any form of advertising, promotional materials or any form of commercial activity;
to contain any promotion of any competitor of The Company or its products;
to contain any, or links to any, virus, corrupted files, “Trojan Horses”, key loggers or any other malicious code or material that could cause harm to the computer, data or financial security of any party;
to contain any or links to any intentionally false or misleading statements or any statement seeking to unfairly manipulate a market;
to be an attempt to collect or store data (including posting and/or canvassing email addresses) about other users;
to be misuse of the Trading Room functionality; and
to be protected by any form of intellectual property whether registered or unregistered or any contractual, statutory and equitable obligations of confidence.

Notification of Changes:

The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, they will be announced on our Website and other key pages on our Website. If there are any changes in how we use our Website visitors’ personally identifiable information, notification by email or postal mail will be made to those affected by the change. We aim to post any changes to our privacy policy in advance to these changes taking effect. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis.

Payments and Cancellations:

You may purchase a paid subscription either by (1) paying a subscription fee in advance on a monthly basis or some other recurring interval disclosed to you prior to your purchase; or (2) via a pre-payment giving you access to some of the Company’s particular services for a specific time period. The Company may change the price for the paid subscriptions, including recurring subscription fees, the pre-paid period (for periods not yet paid), from time to time and will communicate to you in advance any price changes and, if applicable, how to accept those changes. Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. Subject to applicable law, you accept the new price by continuing to use the Service after the price change takes effect. If you do not agree with a price change, you have the right to reject the change by unsubscribing from the paid subscription prior to the price change going into effect. If you register for a paid subscription, during the Money-Back Guarantee Period, you may cancel your subscription to a Service for any or no reason and receive a full refund of all funds paid, in accordance with our money back guarantee policy, as described in these General Terms.

By accessing and using any Service(s) offered by the Company, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of these General Terms. In addition, when using any of the Services included in the package your purchased, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such Services. Any participation in a purchased Service will constitute acceptance of these General Terms. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use any Service provided by the Company. In addition, by signing these General Terms you confirm that you have received all services described in your purchase, you have successfully logged in to them, and that you are satisfy with the service rendered.
